Jason Smallwood

Jason joined the AVTEX team in April of 2006. Prior to working with AVTEX he served as an Account Manager for the Medleh Group in Dallas, Texas. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina where he also earned honors as a student athlete in the soccer program.
Jason's job responsibilities include the generation of new development opportunities throughout the Southeast, as well as, manage the leasing for The Market at Oakland. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
