Paul joined the AVTEX team in September of 2007 and has been in the commercial real estate business since 2001. He last served as a Real Estate Representative for BI-LO Supermarkets and prior to that as a Real Estate Agent for Colliers Keenan. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
Paul is actively looking for development opportunities throughout the Southeast, and also directs the operations and asset management of AVTEX. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
